While most of Surrey’s attractions are temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are a few options for distraction at home! From vintage trucks to virtual tours, and a huge collection of vintage photos, see below for a few attractions you and your family can enjoy … at an appropriate social distance.
Museum of Surrey
Just because the Museum of Surrey is closed doesn’t mean you can’t still hang out with them! Introducing #MuseumFromHome! Expect virtual tours, highlights from their collection and interactive fun for all ages. The first few adventures have included a scavenger hunt of the Surrey Stories Gallery, and some virtual “playtime’ in the TD Explore Zone. Follow their Facebook Page for the next interactive activity.
BC Vintage Truck Museum
Tag along with James as he takes you on a virtual tour of the BC Vintage Truck Museum. View a selection of their restored vehicles and learn about the early history of trucking in BC.
