And with camps dedicated to everything from the arts and history to literally climbing the walls, there’s sure to be something to appeal to all your potential campers.
Arts Umbrella

Arts Umbrella Spring Break programs not only teach the fundamentals of each art form, but also help your child challenge their creative limits, build self-confidence, and discover new passions. Artist-instructors work with every young person to help them realize their full potential. Arts Umbrella fosters a stigma-free environment where everyone is welcome, and staff work to create a comfortable and safe space for every student.
The Hive Climbing
Week 1: March 15 – 19, 2021 (9 – 12 yrs)
Week 2: March 22 – 26, 2021 (6 – 8 yrs)
Under the guidance of trained leaders, your kids will have so much fun exploring climbing and movement, and connecting with other like-minded youth in these full-day camps at the Hive Climbing Centre.
A Rocha – Signs of Spring
March 22 – 26, 2021 (6 – 12 yrs)
A Rocha’s campers will spend every day outdoors, exploring the signs of spring in the wetland, forest and farmland at their Brooksdale Environmental Centre. Enjoy hands-on activities and discover life in our ecosystems!
City of Surrey Day Camps
Fun Zone Camps – Drop your child off at the Fun Zone! Kids explore their taste for a variety of activities including sports, arts, crafts, music, dance and games. Different themes are featured each week.
Theatre Smash Camp – Kids will explore a variety of performance styles and skills in this fun drama sampler camp. From storytelling to acting for the camera, from puppets to improv, kids will bring characters and stories from their imagination to life, smashing different performance styles and stories together. Surrey Arts Centre instructors are practising artists and experienced art educators.
Art Mashup Camp – Learn how to create characters and share stories in a whole variety of ways! In the art studio, kids create eye-catching artwork by learning drawing skills. In the theatre, kids bring their characters to life!
Clay Days Camp – Drop your child off to enjoy creating with clay. Kids learn techniques like slab construction, pinch pots, coil building and sculpture.
Pottery Camp – Create clay mugs, vases and bowls using both the potter’s wheel and hand building, and explore glazing and other decorating techniques.
Historic Stewart Farm Camps
Week 1: March 15 – 19, 2021
Week 2: March 22 – 26, 2021
Experience five adventures based on the books of Jules Verne! Campers will do crafts, play games, and explore history as they journey to the arctic, around the world, to the centre of the Earth, under the sea, then blast off into space.
All camps will be following strict health and safety protocols.
